In recent times we have read about people taking their lives over a failed relationship or heartbreak and I keep wondering why an individual will take his or her own life over a failed romance whilst the other person has moved on and cares less if you are alive or dead...Nevertheless, studies have shown that people who drift into a state of depression following a heart break are at a very high risk of a medical condition of the heart called "taktsubo cardiomyopathy" — or heartbreak syndrome and this is because they put too much trust and expect so much from the union.

If someone truly wants you, h/she will not leave you and if that person leaves then you never had such and you can't lose what you never had. This means that the person was never meant to be yours so rather than kill yourself or go into depression just shake it off and thank GOD that person is out of your life. Yes cry in your closet if you must to let it out but let it ends there.

The best way to handle a heartbreak is to prepare your mind for it and if it eventually happens it won't hurt much.
The best part is that heartbreakers usually want to see their victims depressed and unhappy and the best way to drive them crazy is to be happy with another person and not to be 6feet below.Suicide or depression over heartbreak is never the way out.
