The pc were terrorist on campus back then, you couldn't win any election in school if you were not a pc or supported by them. If you were caught with the colour red even a small patch of red on your bags, clothes or shoes will get you a beating and the stuff destroyed. You don't sit in a drinking joint with pirates.
