Our priority Open roles are:

Program Rotation Associate – Gain field experience through rotating into a variety of teams including logistics, innovations, and program operations.

Program Rotation Manager – Take on a critical leadership role, collaborating with other executive leaders, to work on some of the most impactful and highest priority challenges facing the organization. Grow into the Nigeria Country Director.

Field Operations Associate – Seeking a dynamic entrepreneur to professionalize how we learn from clients, develop and mentor a growing team and create strategy for program growth over the next 3-5 years

Our soon to Open roles are:

Human Resource Specialist – Seeking a thoughtful, skilled and strategic human resources professional with 3+ years of experience to lead its team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for shaping, transacting, and partnering with staff and leadership alike to build a strong, proactive HR team.
