A year ago, video of an almajiri child from north suffering from malnutrition, hunger, and diseases surfaced online which sparked a heavy backlash against his parent, and the government of course. Philanthropist, business lady from the north has done the needful. The business lady known as laylah Ali Othman has since adopted the almajiri child, fed him well and enrolled him in school.
