PETITION AGAINST PAWAKAD LIMITED

We the Merchants operating as agents under PAWAKAD, one of your DEALERS, write to bring to your notice the unjust and unprofessional ways by which PAWAKAD has treated us.

They are currently having network challenge as claimed, but rather than sending a notification message stopping us from funding the account till issues are resolved, they kept accepting payment and holding our money to captivity.

Many of us have faced different kind of embarrassment from customers as many payments we made last month didn't even reflect.

They've closed all official lines available to contacting them as all efforts to reaching them on phone has proved abortive.

WE HEREBY STRONGLY REQUEST THAT:

1. Pawakad be mandated to send a message to all agents to stop payment till their issues are resolved.

2. To open all their contacts back for agents to reach them, that will at least give us hope.

3. That all money credited into their accounts be refunded if their network is not restored within the next 24hrs.

We will be happy if this is favorably considered as it will go a long way in restoring the hope of a common man in this business.

So sad. We have a lot of money in their acct now as we speak.

Ikeja Electric introduced PAWAKAD to us. They should be held responsible also. There is so much money with these people and they can't just go down like that with people's money.
Can the govt. please help us?

This is wickedness of Nigerians to Nigerians. We blame people but the ones we do to ourselves are more. This is killing entrepreneurs. How do you explain investing so much with these people and losing all at once?

We need to have a hashtag #pawakad to nail this fraudulent CEO.
We can do our investigation to know his office and contact.
Let's meet somewhere and start something or we can even petition the IGP.

Pawakad is really doing badly on this matter. Fund has been with them since around May this year. Funny enough, they appear to be no longer in the office they are known with, all lines are off, the guy known as their personnel claims he's no longer with Pawakad.
And as at last week, login details on Pawakad server appears not to go through.
Never knew things like this could still be happening in the Nigeria system of 2019.
So sad and frustrating to experience.
