INVOICING OFFICER - SHIPPING

The Invoicing Officer- Shipping will be responsible for producing invoices from the relevant systems which should be in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) of the company as well as the Global Service Center strategy thereby promoting client satisfaction through proficient services.

Helpmate thanks for the information.I have been invited for the test on the 16th of May.I also want to use this opportunity to ask those who have done the test before to help with any information on the test format.Thank you.

The test comes in this format, its called Logical Indicator 1 and 2, its 50 questions in each part, to answer in 12mins each, the logical indicator one is a sort of prep to help you familiarize your self with the questions and learn how to gain speed in answering questions, Logical indicator 2, seems to be the real thing and should be taken under the same 12 mins.

Try your best to get as many questions right as much as possible, the questions are usually aptitude question, you really need to reason and have a keen sense to identify shapes and also compare and contrast certain types of statements.

Its pretty easy to pass and easy to fail also, so just be sharp and work with speed.

The final part of the test is a personality test, according to them there’s no right or wrong answers in this test, the personality test is just to get to know your person and see how u fit into the job, its has 50 personality questions and you are just to tick the statements that best describe your personality types.
