Please i would like your opinion of what would be fair wage to pay a computer operator at a business centre, given the realities of the Nigerian economy.
The average computer operator in business centre earns about N15k/20k per month in Akoka, i am currently paying much more in excess of that amount.

What would be a fair amount for a computer operator with little knowledge of graphics.

I hardly have time to be in the office, so i need a salary that would be fair to the person and will ensure s/he is honest in recording transactions.

Most important is how much Naira the staff is directly bringing in.

Fair wage is what other similar establishments pay for equivalent skill and experience.

Above average might enhance staff retention while below average might encourage dishonesty and staff discontent.
