Most of these questions have been answered before, so please people should always try to read up previous pages(you can use the search bar to get it done faster).
To your question, yes you can switch schools after securing TRV

If I understand your question clearly you've been granted an admission into the University of Windsor for Masters in Industrial Engineering and now seeking for advices from the experienced folks in here on how to prepare an airtight study permit application as well as the list of required documents which you will be needing during the process?.

Please refer to my post for
LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL CANADA STUDY VISA APPLICATION: .

FYI; TRV means - Temporary Resident Visa, I can see you also mentioned that you've gotten that too in your post, which is contradictory with your question.

I hope you find the information helpful.

It will end in praises

Thanks, @Frankrobbn1, for your kind response. Yes, I understand that TRV means Temporary Resident Visa or a Visitor Visa. The thing is I am currently on F1 visa in the USA, and applied for the TRV in order to renew my F1 Visa at the US Consulate in Canada early this year. Now that I gained admission into a Canadian school, I guess I only need to apply for the Study Permit. My initial thought was that I could drive into Canada ( since I live close to Windsor) and turn in the application documents for the Student Permit, if it could be done that way. Thanks for providing the link to the required application documents.

It will be evaluated as Canadian diploma equivalency.
Thank you for your response.
Do you have any idea what kind of admission someone can get with that ?
Is it possible to get a direct internship in Canada if the person is already a PR ?
Thank you.

Have you undergone your biometrics enrollment? If yes, you should exercise a little bit patience until a final decision would be communicated to you.

Yup, I'm present here. Can you share the GCMS note and the refusal reasons for your previous application. So we can pick it up from there.

Only few in number received approval last week. However these set of people are currently facing difficulty in submission of their passport since VFS is lockdown until further notice.

Thank you.

National Technical Certificate is an ordinary diploma in Nigeria, so applying with such certification in any of the Canadian institutions will either earn you a post secondary dipolma, advanced diploma program or a bachelor's degree program.

It's possible to get direct internship in Canada whether you're a study permit holder or PR holder. Internship has got nothing to do with your present immigration status. If your program in Canada requires you undergo an internship prior to completion, then you're ought to do it.

No need to create a new account. Just use the previous one and be sure to include the previous UCI number given to you in your former application. All the best.

The thing is this. I used an agency and the agency has a representative of the school working with them. On the admission letter they said I have to meet the English language requirement before accepting the offer. I don't know what to do. I wrote PTE 2ce already and had 52 and 51 with speaking being the lowest.

The study permit was rejected for the following reasons:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.

• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to

What school is that? Most institutions in Canada do not ask for English Proficiency because our Lang of instruction was in English. Did they request for it during the admission process?

Although, don't know what may come later on after this mail....

"We're still working on your application.

You may not have heard from us in a little while. This is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date.

We send messages to your account if we need something from you. When we do that, we'll also send you an email to this address"
