History is not a criterial to judge the authenticity of an institution or individual, well we will probably say all start up businesses are fake. Learnforth is a new college and all new colleges takes time to get on ground. I got a diploma degree award from them and I am please with it.

I applied for Uk visa with my mother and my sister sometimes June 2010, and Visa application which I don’t know if it was refused or not because till this moment we still don’t know the reason behind our refusal, even though we applied for the visa through a man who said he was an agent in this field and then he failed to tender the reason for our visa refusal to us. But I have the reference number (LAG - xxxxxx) written at the back of our passport. Please advise on what to do. 1. What was the exact words your agent told you when the refusal came through?

2. There is always a refusal decision letter. If your agent did not give it to you, there is high chance he applied on your behalf using fake documents and you were possibly banned and he tried hiding it. But then, it's been 10 years, so you can apply again.

3. You can try to reach out to the agent and see if he'll own up this time. Any information he can give is better than none.

4. When applying, be truthful in your application. This time, supply correct documents. Also, I hope your circumstance has changed in 10 years also. This will be one of the determinants of getting a visa this time.

Some other people on here might have other angle that will help you make informed decision.

In that case...even better. Be truthful in your application and own up to it and state you were a minor and did not have the power to make decisions on your own.

Maybe some people on this forum will give you a better wording.

Your chances of getting a visa again is higher if your circumstance and document have not changed since you last applied.

All you need to state is that due to covid, you were Unable to travel as you were conforming to government guidelines.

I am not discouraging you from going through Ghana. Just letting you know you have the above option too.

Except the British Government comes out with a position on visa application with respect to those stuck due to matters such as these and other matters e.g expired CoS, I think we should just hope VACs in Nigeria are opened soonest.

Manager Is just a slot in the company and not a shareholder. It is only shareholders name that is always on the Memorandum and Articles of the company..what you need to do is just to. present your Appointment and acceptance letter along with the other documents

Fly how? Sir if you were a visa officer and were assessing someone’s documents for visa, what would you like the person to provide to substantiate claims such as above?
please assess yours same way as this would help you to know what to add to solidify your case. There should always be documented evidence to prove anything and that is what u should produce.
Amongst other things your dad can write a letter with adjoining evidence to show proof of all u stated about urself being in charge

If you run the company,it is a good point to state that as that tells you will come back to your business. The CAC is important and a letter from the company to say you head it and only going on holiday. A supportive letter from your dad will be helpful.
