Have you used this before? Any idea what rate they use?

I understand but I feel it's better you just state that you have lost contact with her as opposed to giving her number without her consent.

You don't need to have someone in the UK to apply for a tourist visa so adding her details or not doesn't in any way strengthen your application. It might make the ECO understand your situation better but since you aren't staying in her place and perhaps she doesn't even know you are applying for a visa, I don't think it's a good idea to add her number. My opinion though.

Thanks so much, that's exactly what I will do.

Hello Great Bosses
Thanks for the amazing work you guys put into helping us all out.

I need help on 2 issues.

1. I am applying for a Tier 2 Minister of Religion Visa. I come from a family of religious people.

I am a Pastor and also have a sister with the same type of visa (she got her visa January 2020) and has since moved with her family to the UK.

In all sincerity, I got a job offer from applications submitted and I was chosen for interview by a church in Milton Keynes and eventually selected for the post of an Assistant Pastor in Milton Keynes (My sister works with a church in Plymoth).

She also got hers based on the normal process of selection and interviews.

There is a portion on the application that requests if one has a relative in the UK. Can her visa type seeing its the same affect mine?

We have the same parents, same post address? It is really a big concern for me. I need advice!

U have to say the truth about your sister being in the uk- about how this affects your visa chances I am afraid I can not say.
For ur visa refusal, u must state all visa refusals received.. for any information u cnt remember, there is a box there- state ALL that you can remember and go on to explain any other parts you have forgotten as you have done here.

Go to wakanow and search it gives you options...then you to the airlines website search for dates using calendarfeature to knowthe cheapest days to fly....use such dates on either wakanpw and compare. With all this FX brouhaha wakanow or travelstat you best bet.

Ensure you chose flights transiting via Amber zones o. If you transit via red zone like Kenya or Turkey you go pay for hotel quarantine o. So safest fly BA or Virgin if you can afford it
Thanks bro.
Please is it possible to fly Virgin Airline to London and fly others like Qatar or Emirates back to Lagos?
I'm considering cost reduction?

Good evening. I'm currently a 300 level student of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, studying computer science. I am an app developer by specialisation.

I'm currently considering a country to japa to, through the easiest way which is study route. I don't mind doing my masters.

How affordable is tuition there and could I be pointed in the right direction?

Like approximate total cost of everything, na patch patch I wan patch so start. Thanks.

Tuition is course & school dependent. Affordability is relative too. A good proxy is check University rankings and use that as a gauge for tuition. Often times tuition falls as you go down the table. A not so good school in the UK could easily cost up to £10k for tuition. Depending on your grades you could also get scholarships or discounts.

is it possible to request for a refund of a priority service fee if visa was not issued within 5 days as stated on UK embassy website.
Im thinking of requesting for a refund. I can't pay an over 250gbp for a priority service that was not delivered. Annoying.

Good evening House. Please I need someone to put me through. Thanks in advance.
Please I am planning for my MIL to visit us in the UK and my family will sponsor everything about the visit. My question is, my MIL was a business woman before she retired, she is not upto 60 yet. She doesn't have regular income and hardly uses her bank acct for a long time now. Please will it affect her application to state that she is retired and has no income? Will she be asked for bank statement if I then pick the option that she is retired and then receives money from family members? Because she receives money but not in her acct. Thank you

Good morning.

My husband and I are embarking on a tier 2 route application. We both have two children together but I have 2 with my ex partner. DH is okay with the four children going with us, however my concern is with my ex partner.

I am fully aware I'd be needing a consent letter from him, but him being a "difficult person", I want to ask how to go about it such that he'd not give myself and husband a tough time.

My thoughts:

*** A consent letter from him stating he's aware the children are going with me, aware I am already seeking admission for them in schools in UK and he's fully in support of these two points. This must be done and witnessed by both his lawyer and mine. Document to be signed by him and duly notarized**"

***Sworn affidavit mentioning the points above, and also stating we both share their upkeep currently, and he'd still avail his financial support with or without him been there. His and the children's passport photographs affixed on sworn affidavit hi signed by him and duly signed at a High Court****

***Their birth certificates***

****His valid means of identification***

*****Data page of his international passport***

Will these documents stated above be enough?

Have you had similar constrain can you share how you resolved?

Thanks.
