Facts are eternally sacred. If a judge were to sit over this case with the attendant and or adduced evidence,the matter seems to have been concluded with the depth and extent of research and presentation. My judgement: The Buhari administration is as guilty if not more than the previously touted most corrupt government Nigeria ever witnessed.
