He's being responsible for all of them, he takes their blames too.
you think it's. that easy, you think a company is a charity organization??
I thought so too until I got my new role as a supervisor, I have never been more mentally challenged and tasked... Everyone reports to you all at once, you need to be well organised, composed and courageous to ensure works go smoothly.
Anything that goes wrong, you take the blame.
It has to do with delegation of task, answering reports, presenting reports, planning the projects etc. You leave late at times, your work does not end when everyone complete theirs, you still carry over next day or home even during weekends and holidays.

Compare that to someone's who sole responsibility is just to drive a truck.

This company and the recruiter are stewpid. My company pays Executive Driver 120k. My MD regards driver as skilled workers. I now see the drivers differently and they dress very well unlike the usual ones like this company is looking for.

But we should abuse them na. Even banks pay drivers 50k or a little more.
