Summary of Job Function
Responsible for keeping proper financial record of the company and ensure maintenance and adherence of the Recommended Accounting procedures and processes

Key Responsibilities
1. Keeping Accounting/Financial records
2. Banking Activities (Opening of accounts, reconciliation)
3. Settlement of vendors payments
4. Income/Receipt coordination/monitoring
5. Asset record keeping
6. Payroll Administration
7. Liaison with statutory bodies (i.e State and Federal tax authorities)
8. Prepare weekly and monthly accounting reports
9. Provide logistics support to other departments
10. Carry out stock taking in collaboration with Admin. Dept.
11. Carry out cost accounting functions
12. Advice on company’s mark-up/profit margin
13. Administer tax matters
14. Responsible for Pension Fund Administration
15. Carry out sight seeing of purchased items before payment
16. Any other duty as may be assigned by management

Qualifications
• HND/BSc
•Not less than 2-3years experience
