And as a way to reduce poverty and unemployment in Nigeria, we established ASGAF REAL REAL ESTATE HUB (Asgaf Support Initiative). At AREH, we train people on how to acquire various skills and be self-dependent. We train people on how to become successful Real Estate Marketer/Manager. All these trainings are FREE. And through AREH, we have partnered with some individuals and corporate bodies to train employed and unemployed youths on various topics. *Project Execution*
1. Renovations / Development of various properties within Lagos State

2. Purchases of Landed properties in prime areas in Lagos State

3. Land Sponsorship for clearing and documentation within Lagos state.

*HOW IT WORKS*

We will invest your money in the above stated projects. During this period, you are entitle to a Return on Investment(ROI) of between *20 - 200%* which can be redeemed or reinvested at the end of each project exhibition.

*RECOUPMENT OF CAPITAL*

Should in case the company does not have any project to finance within year, each investors gets their money back. Or if any investors decides to withdraw from the scheme, a writing note of noting less than 3months will be required

*PAYMENT OF SHARE OF PROFIT*
The Company takes 35% of the Net Surplus while Investors share 65% on a pro rata basis. This share of profit is redeemable immediately the payment from the proceeds is received.

*AVAILABLE PROPERTIES TO FINANCE*

We have series of landed properties available withing Lagos such as Ajah, Ibeju-Lekki, Ikorodu, Alaba, Epe and Surulere. We also outsource for distress properties within the state

*HOW TO APPLY*

Application is only opened in a yearly bases and our financial year is September - August.

Interested investor is expected to fill our online KYC form
