2. OFFICE INTERCOM SERVICE (OINTERCOM)
This service is for business environments such as companies, industries, schools, hospitals, clinics, eateries, hotels, bakeries, hotels , restaurants, guest houses, supermarkets, departmental stores, construction sites and anywhere easy communication is of high priority and importance.
It is an advanced form of the Home Intercom Service withg additional functions needed for a business environment.
Functions include:
* Making and receiving external calls from any of the extensions
* You can record your own telephonist prompt such as "Welcome to ABC Limited. To talk to the receptionist dial ---" and which will be played to the hearing of an external caller.
*Multiple call forwarding; an extension A can answer a call and forward it o extension B and so on.
*Three-Party Conference; extension A while answering an external call can call extension B to join for a 3-party conference. The joining extension can be cut with the other remaininig online at any point in time.
