The company has different retail outlets across Lagos. Our product lines include Makeup & Products for men and women, Beauty Equipment, Hair, Spa Furniture, Personal Care Products, Nail Care and Skin Care.

We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Associate

Location: Lagos (Surulere)

Job Objective (s)

1. Support other staff to grow sales, by focusing on excellent customer service.
2. Act as a consultant to walk-in customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Acts as a consultant to walk-in, as well as over-the-phone customers.
2. Provide effective service to all customers.
3. Exhibit deep knowledge of all products, as well as familiarity with product information.
4. Actively listen to customers, thereby providing the solutions they exactly need.
5. Educate customers on how new products can be of benefit to them.
6. Assist in costing products, deductions, replacements and other related duties.
7. Know about promotional event information and use it, thereby maximizing sales.
8. Assist in preparation of periodic physical inventory exercises.
9. Exhibit and maintain off-shelf products, alongside other outlet staff.

Education Qualification:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in Customer service, Retail Sales, or experience in a luxury service retail environment
Excellent communication skills.
Strong reporting skills.
Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, that requires you to work overtime, and at the same time respond to urgent issues at the store when needed.
Preferably female
