This ponmo Is basically dried for longer shelf period and to avoid contamination. How to use the dried Ponmo. Soak in cold or hot water for a period of 12-48hours depending on how crunchy you want it to be. You will also be changing the water morning and night. It would have expanded like double the size.You can add a little salt ,its optional. Afterwards your Ponmo is ready to be used to cook any soup of your choice. |
