To be fair, the below order was even dispatched before the one that arrived yesterday and it is yet to arrive.

Maybe it has something to do with the class/type of package ordered for.
Than one I mentioned earlier, ordered the same time as yours is a phone, what's yours?

Mine was shipped on 13th

After waiting for 74+ days (since 1st march) without receiving my package, now i will have to wait another 42 days (seller extended by bp) hoping the package arrives. My first AliExpress experience hasn't been a good one at all, no thanks to Covid-19 pandemic.

4px, phone won't be trackable once it leaves China. Don't even bother tracking it,just wait for the PO to call u.

It all depends on the seller, Aliexpress is like nairaland. It is a platform where people come and display their wears. It is up to the buyer to do some due diligent to know who is reliable and who isn't. Below now I use to focus on the ratings of the item I want to buy.. But I have learned that sellers ratings is even more important especially the shipping speed and communication ratings. I don't by from sellers with shipping speed below 4.5. Many sellers are in fact drop shippers, they don't have any item in stock, rather they wait for you to order then sort the item, sometimes sorting takes time because they will be looking for the cheapest to increase markup. On a whole aliexpress could do more to improve buyer's experience and punish those dubious sellers.

I once reported a seller to them, I got an item from him and after 6 days of processing only to tell me he was out of stock (all this while product page staged he had over a 1000 items in store) He then asked me to cancel and select other reasons. I cancelled and selected product out of stock, and he refused to approve my cancellation. I had to report him to aliexpress team via chat (their chat service is very good) and I was awarded an coupon of 17 dollars for my troubles and the item was cancelled and refunded to me.

Unfortunately the store is still operating and the item still on sale. nothing was done to the seller.

Forget the EDD and relax. No amount of worry will deliver your order sooner than it should.

It's been erratic due to coro. But the good thing is you'll only lose time but not your money. Although time = money . Coro is on the beat, the world gonna dance. These days just order things you need that is not urgent because every post is nowadays slower.
