Why? Okorocha robbed civil servants in Imo to pay for free education that's why he was hated.
Ihedioha should scrap the fraudulent free education system and then, reduce the fee for non indigenes.

Truth is, free education as operated by Okorocha is a fraud. What I'm State needs is quality education subsidized if you like but not free education especially at the tertiary level.
Since the so called free education came into effect, the standard and quality of education in Imo has dropped drastically.
Ihedioha should review it with a view to scraping it if need be.

Having been in the system, free education cannot be possible with the present economic situation of the country. .schools need funds to be run..do you expect the headmaster or principal of a school to start writing letters with all the bureaucracies before he gets chalk or teaching materials for his school? ?rather the tuition fees should be affordable. .it's the school heads tuihe has suffer these policies
