lol, enemies of progress, if this was built in Abuja you will still complain. Rochas and his associates love I'm state and that's why they invested in Imo.

I'm not saying that Rochas is a saint, but he performed far better than the previous governors and many governors in Nigeria considering imo state limited resources. If you work you chop, God no go vex.
