Samakus,He did not state any banker.How did I know if you may ask? He first napped 3games which to him are assumed bankers(that is what nap stands for in pool).The assumed bankers from his statement are 29,34,39.

What is befuddling is why he now permed with 7 & 26. Permutation nullifies 100% certainty and by implication tells you he feels one from the 3games napped might not play draw. The 2nd likelihood is that all 3 may play and he foresees a 4th draw between coupon number 7 & 26.If that is the case the lines become 2lines instead of 10lines as the coupon paper will read:PERM 3 BANKERS WITH ANY ONE FROM 2GAMES =2LINES @N25,000 PER LINE.THE WINNING WILL BE
