One of the best attacking MidFielders we have in this Country is Kelechi Nwakali. Please go back and watch Nigeria Vs athletico Madrid and confirm what am saying. Not every footballer flourishes at the club stage before national football. How many of our best generation players of 1994 started with big European clubs?

We identified talent in Kelechi Nwakali. Why wasn't he given time to blend and flourish with the Super Eagles? Had we given him some more time, he would have developed so much.

Secondly, sometimes we choose players because of their unique strengths. Musa Mohammed is a good crosser of the ball, he also takes well calculated long shots , he is also good in taking free kicks. He was not a bad defender too.Why wasn't he given a chance like Awaziem? Awaziem was also not so spectacular as a defender in GWG at the beginning. Simon Moses did a lot of work covering his angle in the match against Guinea.

Why was Musa Mohammed abandoned? Had we included him all these while, he would have evolved into our set-piece taker by now. Free kicks, alone, win matches. I feel sad when I remember how we jettisoned Musa Muhammad and the likes. These are hungry players.

Someone would say; National team is not a place for grooming players. I ask you: What has the European Groomed players brought you? What we need are talented players that are hungry for success.

Cameroon today did not really play their best tonight but were very physical on their opponents....
I'm afraid can we meet up with that can we take that challenge

As a sports person I believe in the first game we played on the continent during the group stage,if we can play that football packed with experience and professionalism we surely will get the best out of the Cameroonians
strategy to be used should not be far from the first match
,the only thing or problem we should be looking out is the goal drought of our our strikers I think they need some sort of motivation and that can be provided by the coach.

Being tacticle on the ball will do us a lot good not just being physical because they are too, some people should come on the pitch of play like they did in the first match but may be ealier when the goals arent coming, 50 minutes or late 50's will do good for such super sub it's a kind of motivation but u may not realise I'm talking about Odion igahlo,
and on the wing we should have the wonder kid of Spain chukwueze and iwobi why bcus playmakers influence the outcome of the game .
we shouldn't make that mistake arsenal made at the Europa league...
they needed someone to hold the ball I mean a play maker that can hold the ball and makes good decisions on the ball than any other player we have that and we are not really satisfied with them...

Again Mikel for now he's here why don't u take that advantage now that you have him....
he's got the charisma to hold and control the team not necessarily Ahmed musa excuse me he is fantastic he should be on a susuper sub too
when we have those cats iwobi and chukwueze do their thing I'm sorry I called them cats why becus of their moves on the ball
iwobi can maybe retire to the midfield to serve some good ball that's if m ikel is taking out and etebo ain't giving that pass that will yield results....

On the the defence n goal the right people should be given the job...

Please we should note today's game the cCameroonians played having no playmaker and it wasn't really good ....
we have the chances of winning if we do what we are suppose to do
what do u think ?
uup ⚽⚽⚽⚽ naija
please what do u think guys no insults please this might just help too.

Super Eagles underated Madagascar. We should comfortably beat cameroon cos they've been very disorganised lately.... Cameroon is not as strong as the days of Eto and Song....

It's better to play Cameroun than Ghana because Ghana always find a way to beat Nigeria (check H2H)..even at our best.

As for Cameroun,We trashed them last year ,I wish our coach can employ sense and use young pacy players that will commit them into physical challenges.

But how is Tunisia ranked 2nd best in Africa self They can't even win Mauritania ..3draws undecided

If Nigeria beats Cameroon, they will most likely meet Egypt.

Can they beat the host nation?
Algeria dey front they wait.

Why not at least draw against Madagascar and have an easy ride?

I swore they would never qualify because Of the last match they sold.

Confusion and karma should befall them just like they way they sold their last match to betting company there by enriching themselves by benching key players.

Giant of failure.

But is it a crime for our coach to use 4-4-2
play Onyekuru on the wing and partner Musa and Ighalo in the attack...then use Balogun and Omeruo as our central defenders, then Etebo and Ndidi as our midfielders...haba!

Nigeria vs Cameroon is a good one for Nigeria. The cameroon in this tournament is a strong contender and I expect Nigeria to move pass this level, though might not be an easy one.

The major problem with the Super Eagles is the coach. He has been with this team preparing for AFCON over one year and yet had no starting Eleven. He keep doing trial and error with his team selection.

What ever the outcome of this tournament, I think the coach should be disengaged. We can't have these young stars and we would be struggling to win games due to wrong player selections by the coach.

No one forced you into gambling..

The day we played, 4 games for the day recorded 14 goals abi were you not alive when the matches were on?

Go and check the South American nations cup, then tell us how many goals those ones scored too even though most of their players are the ones painting Europe black and blue with goals season in, season out.

Every continent's got their styles. Europe can score 2000 goals for all we care, that's Europe, this is Africa, you either watch what they have to offer and you zoom off.

Safe hater!

Cameroon is having the same problem with Nigeria. They are not fantastic. All of them are
using old glory. The two countries are not parading good players that can change the game. It is anybody's winner's. Let's just go there and enjoy the game.
