Africa's smartphone giant TECNO Mobile will be unveiling their next flagship device Phantom 9 at the Eko Hotel and Suites Victoria Island in Lagos.

The TECNO Phantom 9 is an upgrade of it predecessor (Phantom 8 ) that was launched in 2017, with improved features and specifications. The device is rumoured to run on the HIOS 5.0 based on Android 9 Pie.

No problem. This phone shouldn't cost more than 40k. I'm saying this again. There's no incentive or anything to set it apart from the rest. I mean, this is supposed to be like Samsung's S10 or Huawei Mate series: the flagship "top of the range device". How can the best phone from a company run on p35? Not even SD630. Wow.

I can never buy a techno phone again... Bought my phantom 8 January last year for 128k... After like 8 months the camera started becoming dull.. A supposed 21 mega pixel selfie camera ooo.. A 6 gig ram phone that hangs at times...... No more tekno and infinix for me..... Anything America is afraid of is a competition that's why I'm switching to huwei any time soon
