Even with highly encrypted burner phones, when the authorities are on you, you don't make more than 10 secs in call to avoid complete triangulation

A burner phone is basically a phone with a sim card in it already and that sim is not linked to any user (in other words not registered ) but it can still be used for making calls, then those calls can't be traced back to you. One can also dispose of them if they feel its compromised or just don't need it anymore..

As for where it is in nigeria, if there are still telcos that sell the phones with pre-installed unregistered sim cards that can still be used to make calls if toped-up, then my friend that is a burner-phone.

Suffice it to say, you cannot buy a burner phone in Nigeria since you're gonna have to register the sim. Unless you want to buy a sim that someone else has registered and a torch light (cheap) phone. Boom...thats your burner phone.
