A little history about El-Zakzaky .
The movement began with a Shia Muslim university activist, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, who is said to have become so impressed with the 1979 Iranian Revolution that he wanted one at home. Later, Zakzaky went to Iran, ultimately becoming a Shia cleric. At home he became the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria and turned it into a vehicle for proselytizing and gaining followers in the 1990s. As a result of his activities, millions have converted to Shia Islam in a country once with hardly any Shia population

And do think that's a crime which warrant been locked up like a monkey in a zoo?

Why is it so difficult for Buhari to obey numerous court orders granting bail to this man?
First, they took their protest to the streets of Kaduna
Then they moved a bit higher to the capital city of Abuja
Not satisfied, they went to protest at the Federal Ministry of Justice, calling former AGF Malami all sorts of names
And then now... at the National Assembly!! The center of Nigeria's democracy!
Noticing the trend these people are following, will Buhari wait till they take over Aso rock before he obeys various court orders that have granted the man bail??

Grant him bail so they can go form another terrorist group that will be dragging position with boko haram ba? Shey they said they are peaceful, their true colors is coming out.

As ignorant as u can be that is excusable. But been insulting isn't excusable . I wouldn't have replied u. But let me ask what was kaduna state panel of inquiry conclusion about his activities and connections. If u ignorant just shut up.
How can you even mention a so-called panel set up by el-rufai who first started the clamp-down on them? What do you expect from a court set up by your enemy?

But it is Okay for Buhari to disobey the courts of law? Why can't Buhari tell that to the courts and convince all the judges that have granted the man bail? Whether they said they are peaceful or not, there is a limit to which you can push human beings and they begin to fight back

The truth from my point of view is that the rule of law is supreme and no one is above the law, not even the President. Every Nigerian is expected to obey court order.
What is the truth from your own point of view..

Do you know what BH and co is costing the nation in terms of man and material? Yet some idiot some idiot somewhere wants to make more enemies for this country because he has nothing at stake and expect the rest of us to watch and cheer him rubbish!

If you are a northerner, I can't help you. But if you are a southerner, note that a divided and war-torn north is a desirable situation! If the north could desire anarchy for us in the form of the Fulani, its only proper and a prayer come true if their eastern part were pressured by boko haram while their western part is full of Shiite/Sunni war refugee camps. A Iraq/Libya like north is good for the future of southern Nigeria! After all their religion demands constant warfare against whoever is perceived as infidels!

Are both sects no longer religions of peace? If Muslims worldwide really believe in peace, there should be mass protests against this man's continued detention and even buhari should join in the protests against his own government!

Reading so many comments here remind me how unprepared we are in Nigeria to understand the game plan. With raising of Shi'ites, and already dangerous trend of most of Buhari backed Sunnis, there is serious DANGER for Nigerian Christian Community.

Just wish the Yoruba Christian will detach themselves from their not-too-concerned attitude and let's fight for Separation. North and South of Nigeria have nothing in common.

Enough of this soft work thingy!

Im beginning to understand this current government: if you want to get something out of it, you'll need guns.
1. What happened to ipob; they could have got what they wanted if they had guns. They could have fought back and Buhari would have negotiated with them. Infact, we could have renegotiated our continuous union as a country and KANU would've been the Father of a new Nigeria.
2.Boko haram had leverage: guns and hostages and Buhari had to negotiate with them and even recruited "repentant" boko members into the Nigerian army (dumbness of the highest degree).Am sure that if boko haram had demanded just five states from buhari instead of the whole of Nigeria, he would have agreed!
3.Shi'a (Shiites) have no weapons and although their leader should have been released, yet he is still being held because they have no weapons.
4.Fulani herdsmen have weapons and even though buhari has at different times called them foreigners, yet he ants the give them large settlements all over Nigeria because they have weapons.

Moral: All causes and agendas are right in Nigeria and will attract negotiations when you have the kind of weapons that guarantee that not all soldiers sent against you can come back unharmed and you have a large number of devotees to the agenda!!!

The government is gentle with them now and you are making them look like they ve achieved something. Do you think they will go that close if the government declare today that nothing like shiite protest anywhere in FCT?
