DR Congo Sports Minister Huges Ngouelondele being beaten at his arrival in the country as they failed to qualify at AFCON 2019

The Central African giant were knocked out at the round of 16 through penalties by Madagascar.

In the video making rounds online, the sports minister was seen scampering for his life on arrival, so as not to be beaten to death.
