Bros they re the same let's stop celebrating mediocrity, if I ask you a single project now u will b mentioning roads dat won't last 10 years. They will b shouting no money but won't tell us how dey re inflating their substandard projects. how will there be money in Lagos wen Fashola use about 70million for a single borehole....
