Only those who have been given deportation order by Obama administration but refused to leave are the ones being rounded up now. No one can be deported without a court hearing and this has caused the immigration court to have huge backlogs of cases even with new judges Trump hired. So Trump is enforcing court orders, not make them. Those still holding on after having their days in court are making wrong choices. You have the opportunity to leave with all your belongings and more importantly your dignity intact with reentry in as little as 5yrs, but chose to be found, jailed, dehumanized and then sent home in shackles. Why would anyone want to go through that?
