The project was attracted by an indigene of the community and was financed by the Japanese government.
As for okorocha, he did absolute nothing for the good people of Mbaise Nation, not even one single road, except for uncompleted white elephant project called general hospital which he built in all the 27 LGAs of the state.

As for his Ideato people, he left them worse than he met them....the road linking Ideato to the rest of Imo state had collapsed after few months of usage, as we are talking right now there is no electricity in Ideato,
Ideato is being ravaged by gully erosion and bad roads

Owelle faced Orlu?

For development or for destruction?

It's like you are a stranger to Imo state under Owelle govt.

Owelle rather faced destruction of neatly every government development project he met in Orlu in 2011 because of age old grievances he had against some people in Orlu long before he became governor.

Owelle only development in Orlu is expand the road that passed through Orlu to his Ideato home.

Ihedioha had to start to reconstruct the road to the only government institution - teaching hospital - in Orlu abandoned by Owelle since 2011. Owelle even went to the extreme and dismantled the roofs of Orlu stadium.
