Man raises alarm after buying "Not For Sale" USAID donated mosquito net at Lekki store.

A Twitter user, Seyi Olusore, has raised an alarm after discovering that the mosquito net that he allegedly bought at Ebeano Supermarket in Lekki was donated to Nigeria by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and should not have been sold.

He opined that the mosquito nets should have been distributed to internally displaced people (IDPs).

He said he bought in a super store so it's likely a rich man working in that NGO brought it home.

Is it not Nigeria again? Something that was fully paid for by the USAID agency and giving out free to be distributed free, they will divert and sell it out at outrageous amount. Even the blood of Jesus and the anointing of God that they received free to distribute free, some Nigerian pastors are selling it. Imagine what's going on in IDP camps, they might be selling the donated food and shelter to the victims, and their stories of oppression of victims in those camps must be true. On judgment day, Nigeria own go dey separate. Too much wickedness in the land.

What a country. And when they blacklist Nigeria from such programme, people will cry foul.

Making money at all cost is now the culture. Thanks to religious houses who have redefined God's blessings to be money. Thereby restructuring the societal believes.

I only pity those still having hope in Nigeria.

Not necessarily a rich man. Even poormen that don't need it may collect it and sell it to some of this supermarket at peanut price

That store will have immunity from police. Nobody can convince me that the security agencies are not aware of this cheat. Maybe the owner is influential and will deny such sales and might call for the arrest of the complainant. That is after he is done hiding the remaining nets.
