A video has emerged of the president of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick, appearing to snub Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr, Igbere TV reports.

The incident took place during the presentation of Bronze medals to the Nigerian team after they won their third-place match at the African Cup of Nations.

Odion Ighalo scored in the third minute on Wednesday to secure a 1-0 victory for Nigeria over Tunisia in the match.

The video of Pinnick appearing to snub Rohr has garnered different opinions across social media.

Amaju Pinnick had long discussed and resolved to retain Gernot Rohr as Super Eagles coach days before that 3rd place match. Whatever drama he put up last night was an attempt to convey false sense of disappointment in the coach for not winning the cup. However, it looks like it backfired a little because contrary to expectations, most Nigerians seem very happy with bronze.
