Ahmad Lawan, President of the Senate, says the screening of ministerial nominees will begin on Wednesday.

President Muhammadu Buhari had forwarded the list containing the names of those expected to form the next cabinet of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).

Mr Buhari nominated 43 persons for screening and confirmation into various ministries of the Federal Government.

“The screening of the ministerial nominees will commence tomorrow morning,” Mr Lawan said after reading out the names of those nominated at the floor of the Senate.

The top lawmaker also ordered other legislative activities in the chamber to take the back seat.

Let the work begin NOW.
No more time to waste.

A New and better Nigeria we voted for.
A New and better Nigeria we go.

Our most richest period (16 years) as a nation has been eaten and wasted by criminals,
This is the time to rebuild and move forward.

We don't believe in instant magic,
Slow and steady we will get there.

Supporters of criminals and fraud, you can start quoting........5.4.3.2......

Ok. I do hope this 9th senate would do a thorough screening for all the ministerial nominees, irrespective of their political status before telling them the usual "take a bow and go" because to whom much is given, much is expected.
All the best to the ministerial nominees ahead.
God bless Nigeria and Nigerians.
