They used to pay like 70k. I don't know for now.
But if they're still paying 70k, same amount they pay seven years ago, salary earners have suffered.

Any idea of First Bank?

Unconfirmed report has it that the workforce as a recruiting agency share employees salary equally after such employees might have gotten employment through the agency. As I said I am not sure how true this is.

I had interview with them since last month and I did documentation, that they are recruiting for unity bank..I haven't heard from them uptill now...

Your not far from the truth,there is always an agreement between the organization and workforce ..e.g if the bank is to pay 120, workforce could take 40/50k and give you the rest.

I had an interview with them earlier this month, did the documentation(the process is just too long) after some days got a mail from First Bank to come for interview last week, did the interview and still waiting.

Please how long does it take for a bank to call applicant after interview with them?

Did the documentation at workforce 15th got called up for 25th for another interview with their client bank. Sometimes it could take weeks sometimes months depending on how urgent their client needs workers in your location.

How was the interview. .. Which branch of the bank and were u able to ask how much is the pay?

First Bank, was just asked normal interview questions, tell us about urself, what are ur interests, why banking.I couldn't ask about the pay. That's why i opened this thread to get more information

that's not true. Marketing job in Union Bank is 53k excluding commission.

Vendor - In-sourcing,Workforce, VLA and Whytecleon
Bank - First Bank
Vendor collect N81,000 [or N81,146.00]
Contract staff gets N61,146.00 if OND/NCE holder and less thank 2years in service
After 2years, contact staff gets N64,000] as take home
I think the vendor earn minimum of N20k per head
The scale is still valid till date just that the take home for HND holder if above 2years is N84,000 and if less than 2years, it is N81,000
I have sound information about what First bank pays their vendors because I once worked in accounts and clearing dept. before evacuating the system.
Please note, this information is only applicable to contract staff working as front desk officer [teller,customer service] with the exclusion of note counters
