A set of twin babies were found dead in New York City on Friday afternoon after their dad claimed he forgot them in his hot car. According to police, the children’s father said he didn't remember the kids were inside the vehicle when he went to work for the day at a VA medical center in the Bronx. The victims were approximately 1-year-old twins - boy and girl Mariza and Phoenix Rodriguez, according to WABC.
