Please nairaland, a Friend of mine is finding it difficult to breathe,and it affects his chest
Is it because of cold lately or because he sleeps on the with his foam.
It just happened two days ago.

Please nairaland a good advice would help,because this is disturbing

He may have asthma or he may have pneumonia. Either way he needs to be taken to the hospital and given oxygen as well as bronchodilators meds. Pls act asap.

You came to NL to seek for solution, instead of going to the hospital.
I for prescribe drugs for ur friend, but waytin I sabi ,I nor be dockita.
Well he should avoid cold environment for now,
He should not expose his chest especially at night, let him always sleep wearing cloth, during this raining season,he should not sleep wit fan on or AC.
Let him avoid cold water & drinks, no alcohol for now, if he must drink beer let it b at room temperature, also wit the water.
Avoid oily food,
That's the little I hv to say for now.
Talking hot tea or coffee or even drinking mild warm water at regular interval will relief d difficult breathing.
