My multilinks      selfcare account has been lock . can any one help to unlock it, because now i can check my balance.

Why not call customer care on 07098001111, did you do anything wrong? I am on self care as well

Mine is locked too, i went into their office, and the incompetent people didn't know how to unlock it, i guess i'll try again later, if u find the solution first, abeg ehn, share am, thnk u .

It's probably because you did not change your password when it's about to expire. Call the customer care for assistance.
