Minimum of 8 years’ experience, preferably in real estate
Strong charisma and leadership skills
Good communication skills

Masters degree is a major advantage

2. General Manager

Must be a professional estate surveyor or valuer
Minimum of 2.1/Upper Credit from a top grade University/Polytechnic
Masters degree is a major advantage
Membership of NIESV
Minimum of 8 years’ experience
Preferably older than 35 years
Excellent leadership and team building skills.

3. Accountant

Be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA)
Have a minimum of 2.1/Upper Credit from a top-grade University/Polytechnic
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience
Must be computer savvy with advanced Excel skills
Should have understanding of online payment and e-banking platforms.

4. Secretary

Very good communication skills
Have a minimum of 2.2/Upper Credit from a top-grade University/Polytechnic
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience
Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft tools

5. Male Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Very good communication skills
Have a minimum of 2.2/Upper Credit from a top-grade University/Polytechnic
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
Good computer skills

6. Marketers in Lagos or Abuja
