Finally, TSTV is set to deliver Nigerians from DSTV's monopoly. Telecom Satellites Limited (TSTV Africa) has acquired the media rights to show the English Premier League, DFB-Pokal and Pre-Season football matches in Nigeria starting from August 2019. All games will aired live on the Grande Sport channels. The good news was announced on their official social media page on the 31st of July 2019. According to the press release, TSTV has won the EPL FTA media rights for sub-saharan Africa beginning from 2019 - 2022.
