Protein is an essential part of the diet. We’ve been taught It helps to build, repair, and maintain the body's structures. Protein exists throughout the body, however, the body does not store protein like it does other macronutrients, so this protein has to come from our diet. Animal protein being a major source. My write up will attempt to classify animal protein consumption by countries starting with;

1. Fish, Cow, Sheep, Chicken, Turkey, Goat, Pig, - Generally eaten in all countries.

3. Whale - Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Japan and the Inuit of the United States

4. Horse - Mexico, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Belgium, Japan, Germany, Indonesia, Poland and China

5. Donkey - China, Italy, Kenya, Ethiopia, Pakistan and India

6. Jelly Fish - Burma, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand

7. Octopus - Japan, Korea, Maldives, Mauritius, Spain, Portugal, Singapore, Tunisia, Greece and the United States

8. Cockroach - China

9. Kangaroo - Australia

10. Snakes - Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Phillipines, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Nigeria, United States, India
