Has anyone noticed that since Dangote 3x cement took over the market, building collapse suddently increased, even buildings under construction suddently collapses. Apart from blaming building contractors for greediness, Nigerian Society of Engineers need to test the cement if there is compromise or sabotage.
Thank God no life was lost
