Afamed:. I have been following Atikus case since inception.I am yet to see where it was established that INEC has a server. His witnesses did not say categorically that INEC has a server. They told the court that they did not know the server address nor copy any result from the server.INEC on the other hand established it that results were collated manually...The apex court will not make any rule on the matter until the judgement is passed and the issue is brought to the court for the final determination. The section 250 and 140 of the constitution and electoral laws forbid Appeal and Supreme court to preempt the judgement of the tribunal or determine issues before it .Either of the court must wait until appeal cases are brought before it.180 day ultimatum is sacrosanct. So in the case of Atiku since he has closed his case he should be expecting judgement .If he is dissatisfied he can push his case forward to the supreme course for final determination. Finally, all Atikus witnesses are time wasters and did not prove any case of existence of INEC server, non compliance, over voting multiple votes and non accreditation of voters.... 2 Likes |

tuniski: I really pity your predicament. You scammers are the one giving ATiku hope,so as to continue spending his ''hard earned'' money. Judges do not rely on lawyer's mischievous cross examination questions. WAEC confirmed Buhari's WAEC result and Atiku lawyers want WAEC to confirm CTC of a cambridge result issued by Cambridge and collected by Kyari lately You guys are just clowns. Some stupid media, especially AIT are also to blame anyway. 2 Likes |

GoodGovernance: Is that what you called confirmation? It is obvious why buhari hired load of SANs in 2015. Then he had no state power today, the state power is at play in full glare. WAEC issued attestation inconsistent with the primary source of the result. Yet, to you that is a confirmation. |

tuniski: Where is the inconsistency? Anyway,Just for the knowledge of others,I do not understand where your mischief is coming from: There were two results issued by two different bodies,WAEC and cambridge, being a joint exam. The one from WAEC was confirmed by the deputy registrar who attested to the genuineness. The other one was the CTC of the cambridge attestation collected on behalf of Buhari ,July 18,2019. Atiku's scammer lawyer wanted to ''shine'' by asking stupid question. How can deputy registrar of WAEC confirm a certificate issued by cambridge for GOD's sake? 2 Likes |

GoodGovernance: Get the point, the result must be one. WAEC is a later day evolution. The prime document is the Cambridge's for which any subsequent action of WAEC must be based on. But what happened is the denial of the cambridge CTC by the deputy registrar. Where then did WAEC get the raw result it issued the attestation on? 1 Like 2 Shares |

The beginning of solving any and many of the problems Nigeria is currently facing is Buhari either voluntarily relinquishing power or being impeached. His monumental incompetence, first class bigotry and enormous challenges of his peculiar senility are the most immediate challenge Nigeria has to do away with before any meaningful talk of a solution. As long as Buhari remains as president, Nigeria will remain a dead country walking. 1 Like 3 Shares |

Okoroawusa:That was what happened yesterday when Olanipekun suddenly called for adjournment at about 11:30am. Livy then urge him to close the case instead of wasting their time. The happenings the last two days at the PEPT were damaging to buhari's defense. All the talk of Atiku's witnesses doing them favours was lame. Anyway, that was expected cos no lawyer says i give up, you won! It is not over until it is over that is the attitude. 2 Likes 1 Share |

GoodGovernance: Your head dey there. I can't for the life of me figure out how anyone would have missed it that Atiku's lawyer was just trying to play pranks here, just to get those scantly educated reporters to report that "WAEC official disowns Buhari's certificate." How can an official disown a document issued by another even superior body, and that his own organization is not mandated/licensed to issue in the first place? The man said rightly he didn't know about the document, and so his signature was not on it, and that he never worked with the other organization that issued it; then some reporters turned that response to the sensational headline, "WAEC official disowns Buhari's certificate," lol. Anyways, it gave PDP sympathisers something of a phantom breather and to salivate about; something those judges would easily have seen through and that would not move a needle with them one bit. Honestly, Atiku's lawyers overall are not the best knives in the kitchen. They're just pedestrian, IMHO. But hey, Mr. Atiku Abubakar can continue to spend his resources anyway he deems fit, whether or not he had acquired those resources ethically and legitimately. ........ P34c3 ..... ... 1 Like |

duwdu:Poor job at spin. The deputy registrar clearly disowned the cambridge CTC. And it wasn't a reporter thing it was what happened in the court in the open. It is difficult to defend the indefensible. The deputy registrar was in a fix, if he confirmed the CTC from cambridge, it means out rightly that WAEC's attestation is oluwole. And denying it equally means it is oluwole! |

tuniski:You are not getting it,only a Cambridge official can confirm or own up to the Cambridge certificate.you are missing the whole point,i told you to read the electoral laws and Atiku petition, you refused.atiku claim is that buhari didnt attach any qualifications to his inec form and that he isn't qualified by virtue of that.the tribunal isn't looking at whether certificates are fake or real but whether buhari passed is educated up to secondary level. Since his certificates are missing, the attestation, waec and Cambridge ctcs and master lists are enough evidence that he is educated up to secondary level.genuineness or otherwise of any certificate is not being contested since its not part of Atiku's pleadings and buhari didn't attach any qualifications to his form cf001.i know you won't comprehend as usual |

tuniski:Fraudulent result is not being contested but whether he's educated up to ssce level |
Re: Buhari Closes Case, Tribunal Fixes Aug 21 For Final Arguments by tuniski: 2:04am On Aug 02, 2019 |
Dansuqi: Fraudulent result is being contested. If it is just whether he is educated, he met the constitutional requirement of minimum education. For just being a general, head of state and now president he is already educated by equivalence. However, his claim of having certificates under oath that his now fraudulent is damaging. |
Re: Buhari Closes Case, Tribunal Fixes Aug 21 For Final Arguments by tuniski: 2:20am On Aug 02, 2019 |
Dansuqi:You missed it completely! The trap was for buhari to submit any certificate officially so he can be challenged. All along he has been smartly avoiding the submission of certs until boxed this time. Hurriedly,he got Cambridge's ctc and then of course the celebrated attestation that are inconsistent. If you submit any document for official purposes and turns out fraudulent, it is a serious case. Just as someone presenting an NYSC cert that is false. It doesnt mean you ain't educated but, that that claim of service is false. |
Re: Buhari Closes Case, Tribunal Fixes Aug 21 For Final Arguments by Dansuqi: 2:58am On Aug 02, 2019 |
tuniski:I repeat you are the one not getting it.i dont want to tonguelash you or sound insultive but i may have to if you don't get it this last time.using an nysc certificate is a wrong analogy because buhari never submitted any certificate originally and still did not but bring documents to show that he is educated according to law Forgery or inconsistent or false certificate is not being contested here please, cant you get it? The bone of contention is whether he is educated up to school cert level and the proof to that effect in the absence of any certificate.he has not submitted any new certificate but ctcs and attestation which gives credence to that.if it is fake,it is a crime but not for the tribunal to decide but another matter entirely.the tribunal will not delve into that, why cant you get simple basic legal terms? For now,he has proven his case.atiku lawyers can go and file a new suit challenging those documents |
Re: Buhari Closes Case, Tribunal Fixes Aug 21 For Final Arguments by Dansuqi: 3:09am On Aug 02, 2019 |
tuniski:Fraudulent result is not being contested mr.why do you spit nonsense? You have nothing upstairs, why cant you read atiku's petition and stop progressing in error? How can you contest fraudulent result when he never submitted any result? Are you ok? Do you reason at all? He swore under oath that he had ssce but lost it.his name is in the master list of both Cambridge and waec plus there's attestation letters.that is enough.any inconsistency is the fault of waec and Cambridge not him. Let me school your low iq by drawing you to adeleke's forgery case bordering on his waec.the result presented by him and the one waec brought were inconsistent.this was a more serious case but the appeal court ruled in his favor.go and sleep mr. |

Dansuqi: Ignorance reek from your statement. INEC tactically ran away rom facing scrutiny but, it is me that you are facing. Well, your thought process is suspect. APC closed a case it never opened and to someone like you, whatever heat they were to face is now for you to taunt the petitioner. Sometimes it feels like you don't own your thought sef. More like snippet from whatever group you belong to. So linear instead of deep. If you are a lawyer , I guess you will be taunting your opposing lawyers as ignorant at every turn. I wonder the manners of your quotient. Perhaps, you can start by having a stable moniker not these countless monikers. |
