As I know, this TV show is what has generated a lot of interests from almost all the viewers, a source of encouragement to those already about giving up and most importantly to the young kids...this will at least inform the innocent kids positively at large than the immoral programs being presented.....

How I wish such encouraging idea with healthy competition which automatically translates to development is implmented among the youths.

Munachi is now at the University of Toronto studying Aeronautics Engineering. Ayodeji Akinkuowo is in Russia too studying Aeronautics Engineering.

Lolz.i see it as using 1 stone to kill 2 birds. They stand more diversified option as an Engineer and will also be buried in maths as well. Being a pure maths specialist limits the options. I love maths but I did computer science. In my school at that time, more than half of the computer guys were far better than those in Maths department. I feel they stand a better chance with their options.

I remembered when I participated that year at 2005 edition although my chances were sabotaged by my school proprietor that year but it was fun n I wish them all d best. It is always nice for healthy competition like this among our young ones. And I'm very happy that d program is growing bigger n better.

Once semester resume and they see us in their course class, dem go begin frown.

In my own set, the Mathematics lecturers got furious with them and was always castigating them on why a lot of computer guys will get an A in their own course and few of them will manage an A.

Wow..... These are gems. I remember when i participated in the exam in 2002.

I wish we can have more if this kind of educational competition and exposure for our children in other disciplines as well. It will revive our decay in the learning institutions.

I dislike the quota system thing so bad. One of my boys in Lagos scored 81% in the national exams for the junior category and will not be going for the quiz show because he was not top 17 nationwide and did not emerge as a state champion but about 10 or more people that got far lower than him will make the quiz show. You need to see the terrible scores they had..... Those who scored 60% and less from the North even made it whereas, if you score 90% in Lagos, you may not make it.
See some here that made the Senior category despite low scores.
