That's the problem of buying a made in Japan car. When you have problems of replacing an engine or a module you go hear am. You can't even import the part as you won't see it anywhere to import. The best solution for you now is to go to the Toyota dealership. It's very expensive but the only solution. You might get lucky to get a used part that might work but do not count on it.

It was replaced by

89661- 42812

So either of them should be a direct match.
