An insurance company is currently searching for young and smart talents to join their team, to enable them expand their business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.

Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling and using referrals.

Analyse the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans

Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution

Prepare weekly/monthly reports of marketing activities to the Head of Department.

Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records

Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation

Qualification/Skills

Minimum of BSC/HND in any social related courses from a reputable institution

0-2 years working experience

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Creativity and commercial awareness
