The skeleton part of the cabinet was done with the use of 6inches Block well grouted for strength.

Plz what size of rod did you use and how many lengths were used? Again, are those boards plywood or ordinary wood?

We used 10mm size of reinforcement.
The number will depends on the length and width of the slab and your intends reinforcement spacing.

The board is MBF board.

Spacing ranges from 100mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm. e.t.c.

MBF is kind of better and have good finish compare to the plywood.
