Computing devices and all other electronic devices were fashioned after the human body. The human body consists of many organs each of which has specific functions.

When human beings began to create devices, they built a component that would work just like the human brain; a component that would act as input and output; components that would act like storage. But the most important thing is the life force.

THE LIFE FORCE

This is what makes the device live longer and better. The life force of computing devices are the batteries. Batteries need electricity and require charging. Guess what the batteries were fashioned after in human beings…yes, the blood. The blood is the life force of human beings.

Computing devices, like our phones and laptops, need to be charged constantly or else they would get damaged forever. I have never seen any human being who jokes with his or her phone or laptop batteries. Why do we take care of our devices more than we do our own bodies? You can easily get new batteries for your devices but the human blood is nothing to joke about.

So, how do we recharge our blood constantly in order to live longer? The blood consists of the red blood cells, the white blood cells, the plasma and so on. These cells are very important but the most important is the white blood cells, because they protect the body from diseases.

What causes diseases?

The answer is germs. Germs are everywhere. They can be in form of viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungi, etc. These germs cause diseases that fight the white blood cells and when the white blood cells are overcome, the body shuts down.

Therefore, to ‘recharge’ the blood, you need to do these:

Rest a lot

Do exercises

Eat a lot of fruits, they strengthen the white blood cells

Wash your hands frequently.

Sleep when you are supposed to.

Eat balanced diet

Read books that make you relax your body and mind. Reading the Bible does that too

Stop worrying. Put your faith in God (If you don’t believe in God or that he exists, you are on your own)

Be optimistic no matter the situation

Drink lots of water

Be nice and friendly and at peace with all people.

Do not smoke. It reduces your life force

Shun alcoholic drinks

Be patient

These are the ways to recharge the blood. Following these rules will make you live longer and in peace. Remember: your body is more important than your devices.
