Someone wants to change his surname. He's currently an employee somewhere and has a small start up managed by someone else. He's about to start processing his National Passport (he has NIMC) and international passport.

The question is if the surname is changed, what happens with his bank account details, employment name, board of directors name, his secondary school results, etc. And his surname also separates him from his siblings in a way.

Where can it be done in Lagos and at what price?
