Omo, this clown wants to build the biggest mall in Nigeria on 100% investor funds.

Do we still have Eatrich investors on this platform?
Kindly inform their followers on Instagram

A CEO of of one of the recently-crashed ponzi schemes is in detention willingly. Certain high-networth investors have threatened to kill him immediately he gets out, so he's in there and looking for money to pay. Cars and land have been sold, money never complete.

This is deep. Lol

Lol!
If well managed, malls are very lucrative how much more the "biggest one in Nigeria".

Don't really know what's Eatrich problem with their regular delays b4 payout.
They're among the few with physical address and verfiable farms and other businesses which are confirmable.

What therefore beats me is why they delay by weeks b4 payout.
Such delays is an unnecessary invitation for trouble.
May it sort out for them soon.

Fund mismatch, you don't use a short term loan to finance a long term project.

Real estate is a long term project, with pay back period of 10 years and above

This Eatrich guy will ultimately spend a lot of time in jail. Entrepreneurship is not ma.dness!

That is not entrepreneurship but scamming.

People were advised to invest amounts they could afford to lose, nothing is certain in business and Investment hence the reason why allowance should be given for margin of safety, risk management and provision made for losses

Despite the noise about MBA crashing, some people still got paid after the crash. You won't see it in public, but privately Maxwell paid people.
The biggest investors and those with capacity to mess up his life got paid before MBA started having problems. This was around Sept to November 2020.
Regulators were settled. Heavily.
People involved some security agencies on Maxwell's matter. He paid them back in full and settled the security agencies in serious Millions. 20M and above.
Those who lost all are the small, gullible fools, who unfortunately are in the majority.

On another note, there is one forex scam company in Abeokuta called T0nso €lite. It has crashed with Billions lost.
If you enter the building housing the office of the Commissioner of Police for Ogun State, you will see the sanitizer stand donated to the Police by T0nso €lite. Check the founder's IG page and see pictures of the founder with the current CP of Ogun State.

I don't think Maxwell is still in Nigeria.

I pity the majority who are more than 99% of the people who invest in these High Yield Investment Schemes because at the end of the day they will end in tears that was how the Investments were designed

Maxwell is out of Nigeria, that one is sure. Chudi Ugorji the Super Guider of MMM left this way too. Both will be back in a few years.
Personally, I don't pity those who put money in MBA and MMM. It was a scam, they were warned, SEC warned them but greed and stupidity made them not listen and insult us instead.

@Bolded, there are Agric schemes and Agric scams. Some were outrightly scams and some were schemes which became scams along the way.
Borrowing money or putting life's savings in digital agricultural schemes is financial suicide. Apart from the risk of scams, agriculture is highly susceptible to natural and man-made factors. From flooding to fire to pestilence to harvest losses, etc.

Maxwell and Chudi will definitely come back to Nigeria in few years time and move around with Police escorts. People from Port Harcourt don't leave PH for long, they always come back home. They just need their victims to undergo the complete 5 stages of grief and graduate fully. grin cheesy

Some of the digital agricultural schemes didn't start as a scam, most of the promoters are learners in the business, they over estimated the expected returns from the Investments and under estimated the risks involved in the business, they lacked financial planning, they were greedy and could not return excess money paid by over zealous investors.

Most of the digital agricultural platform promoters, have never handled one quarter of the money they raised, therefore there will be a very high probability to misbehave with the money.

A business that needed funding of N50 million but got N500 million from investors will definitely under perform, funds will be mismanaged and diverted. In order to give a semblance of stability and profitablity they will be robbing Peter to pay Paul through endless fund raising exercises. This will enable them to buy time. But like all Ponzi schemes it will still crash when it gets to the melting point

The investors are not sophisticated enough to know what to look out for to determine the sustainability and profitablity of a business or Investment.

The investors were motivated by greed and easy money, forgetting that return of my money is far more important than returns on my money.

Experience is the best teacher, definitely people are now more experienced. Unfortunately in another 4 years time another group of Nigerians will fall for these types of Investments again and the cycle will continue

People are not begged to come and make money.

Most money making opportunities are highly coded.

It becomes a red flag to intelligent investors when the so called good money making opportunities or Investments are aggressively marketed to strangers especially on a thread not dedicated to such Investments

Until we all realise that no business promoter will ask us to come and invest in his company solely because he loves us, wants us to make money and lift us out of poverty. They can only do these to family, friends and associates not to random people on the street or social media

The business promoters want you to invest because ..

1. They want to make more money through us

2. They want us to share in the risks/returns of their businesses

Unfortunately we focus more on the returns without thinking about the risks.

Risk Management strategies are very important to all investors

Have you heard of Anyanso Mma of themap.ng? He was arrested and latter released by EFCC. Up till now, he has refused to refund investors claiming his bank account was frozen by the same EFCC which is supposed to protect the same investors in the first place.

This is a very good investment property opportunity for anyone to grab fast, this property is right at the back of obasanjo Farm, 24hrs stable electricity, it is a 6 different apartment of room and palour and 8 stores, all well en-suite, tiles in all apartments with enough parking space and space to build more apartment, the property is leading to two streets, this property is sitting on a one and half plots of land, the location is as good as it gets. The asking price is 27 million, but open for negotiations, the property is just 2years old, reason for selling is that owner is relocating out of the country and don't really want anything holding them back. You can call or whatsapp me on this number.

Please whatsapp me for more pictures and videos of property, serious buyers can come inspect property
