Boss, then op may as well add Kano State to Igbo, as there lots of igbos in Kano.

I believe, op is referring to "in high concentration".

Bros if you don’t know something ask and the will tell you. Don’t die in ignorance. Or better still you browse it.

Nobody should take this guy serious...he is on a very powerful mission.

Every single write up here is nothing but lies.

I don't know where he is from but his body language doesn't mean well for us.

Be warned.

To be forewarned, is to be fore armed.

Shame on you bigot

You are a fake Igbo and a bad one

Most Igbo I know ..from anambra know dat there r some igalas in anambra in nzam area i even watch it in tv when governor obiano visited that area and he gave the community some hand in some project

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nzam

The Igala speaking people of Nzam were the descendants of General Ajida, a notable warrior of Idah origin who invaded the town. Ajida is the father of field marshal Ogbe who was married to Iyida.

History also has it that the land in which the town was located was initially occupied by other aboriginal Igbos, whom they defeated and sent away in fear of possible attack in future. Some later re-emerged to join other native Igbos to repossess the town.

Nzam, is constituted by eight villages; namely Etakolo, Odobo, Enekpa, Echa, Opkoliba, Urubi, Igeja, Uda. The area of the town is riverine, most of the inhabitants are farmers and fishermen. They produce yam, cassava, maize and rice in abundance yearly.

These bolded villages are all igala name hahah you are dumb
Emary:
My maternal great grandmother grew up on the banks of the river Niger in Onitsha in the early 20th century and she told us there were definitely Igarra people there. She was also from the Igbo speaking parts of Delta North and proudly Igbo. All these divisions are not necessary.

Igala not igarra ok igarra are inside Edo state igala is within the river Niger

The problem of the black man is tribe. All these tribes came from just 3 or 4 tribes. Lack of unity

I’m sure it was quarrel and disunity that made our forefathers go ahead to make different languages and tribes just to separate themselves from others.

everything is Igbo igbo,I am sure when your pee pee stop functioning, you will look for a Igbo man to blame

Obsession begets obsession. Are you suggesting that you have not seen the loads of threads in which Igbos just attack Edos without any slightest provocation but just out of resentment over the choice of Edo people to be ruled by the APC after PDP nearly killed and buried the state in her eight years unprecedented and monumental misrule supervised by Lucky Igbinedion and Tony Anenih?

RemiOAjayi:

Why should Yoruba lie about that ? What benefit zdo we derive from having Edo called Yoruba? Are Yorubas bearing Edo or binis Names ? Being sibling does not necessary mean one have to work together but it doesn't deny the fact that they are related .is only fact that Edo and Yoruba are related , we need nothing from u guys

The bearing of Yoruba names by Edo and Delta people was purely in quest for political advantage in the Yoruba dominated Western Region of old and nothing else. It is exactly like how most Middle Belt tribes bear Hausa names when they are actually of distinct tribes from Hausafulanis. Even some Yorubas bear names like Sanni, Bello, etc and I guess that make Yorubas related to Hausafulanis, right?

Now let me tell you the reason why Yorubas lie about that cum the benefit they hope to derive from doing so.
It is natural for every other neighbouring tribe to try to attach themselves to the history of a tribe which is known for her greatness and alluring history.
We all know that all over the world the Bini history and culture is regarded as superior to all other tribes'. In fact the Europeans confessed to meeting civilization in Benin but bringing it to all the other tribes including Yorubas. They added that Benin artefacts rivalled those of Europe and shared similar technological creation inputs to those of their European counterparts. Recall that it is only in Benin that Europeans ever stole handiworks made by black Africans meaning they acknowledged that Benin technology and skills were superior to theirs. You don't steal what you can do a better version of, you know? So this glory is what Yorubas and indeed every other Southern tribe loves to share by attaching their history to that of Binins and Edos in general

Move front, if you don't know what to say.

There are no igbos in kogi state as well as there are no Igala in anambra state.

Google Nzam in Anambra and stop showing your ignorance

It was called an Igbo coup for many reasons not because Kaduna Nzeogwu spare headed it after all a Yoruba officer was also involved, after the coup most prominent Hausa officers were killed but the igbos were only locked up and Irosi was made the head of state.

Oga shut up, it was called an Igbo coup because the main coup plotter was an Igbo man Nzeogwu nothing more.

Deadlytruth:

In Delta State, Ukwani, Ika and Aniocha speak almost similarly language with the core igbos but they are not of same tribe, so as isoko and urhobo are similar but of different tribes. Next time separate them please.

You're clearly not sane. I'm from Asaba and I'm proudly Igbo. Why is it only non Igbos always want to dictate to us what we should identify as. Wtf? Stick to the topic and stop displaying your ignorance.

Bros wetin Igbo do you? You can clearly see the Yoruba guys plus the mod trying to attach edo to Yoruba but you just had to put Igbo in your message.

Is it today you found out that Deadlytruth is an igbo hating Tribalist. The dude knew exactly who made the claim as there is nobody on NL that isn't aware the identity of the mod. The guy is just a bigot and had to display his igbo hating trait. He ended up just making a damn fool of himself.

Bros if you don’t know something ask and the will tell you. Don’t die in ignorance. Or better still you browse it.

Dont politely insulting.

U are the one being ignorant here. Kano state is first 3states in Nigeria when it comes to commerce&trade.
And igbos dominate commerce and trade in Nigeria above every other tribe.

I personally dont think that kogi or Kano should be mentioned in this case

If u wanna mention kogi, u should as well mention China.

For their are lots if aba boys in China sewing most of the pirated designer cloths flocking into the country.

you call a nation with that number dialect or whatsoever to be united in one?. Then where is the unity.. How many years of independence? How many years of democracy? No single unity at sight and you claim its for unity?
See dont just blame the white man for your failure because they tried their best. China and most Asia countries were colonized but are they not developed today. When the white men came they saw too many tribes and try to bring them together as one single country but when they left it was war, looting and fight for tribe supramacy.

You taught I won't read it.

Your mission here is dead on arrival.

You pick the one that suites u and avoided others.

Nzam is a unique Igbo town.....not igala

Look shut up I know nzam is an Igbo town with igala dweellers ok stop fooling ur self

You can see where the igala descended from idah

Wat is wrong with you do you think an average Igbo can speak igala ..it's is only igalas dat ca speak Igbo as a second language because they have stayed with igbos

So learn you are not an igala am igala and I know where all igalas settler are in these areas

Get lost block head

Nzam is d place in anambra you find igalas simple in anambra west lga

Other town also like igbedo also have igalas around them

I am not here for any mission as you are always accusing me slowpoke am here to enlighten minds like you who are bigots

People like u always give ur tribe bad name

You can stand me in history ok you will run you are a deluded minded person whose mind have because ng brain washed with hatred

Even the governor not anambra is from.aguleri and he knows quite well that there are igalas close to his home town and when aguleri and umuleri community clash happened sometimes in the 90s it was in igalas land many of them flee to for cover

You be small pikin Dem just born and ur mumu go last

Exactly, every single statement he makes if igbo no enter that means he hasn't started.

That's why I allowed him to be fooling himself with long epistle.

He is not noticed neither do we give a fucccck of where he crawls out from.

They are no more igala but Igbo now as they have naturalized and are now 100% Igbo,Igala did not found Nzam Town so it is wrong to call them igala,it was and is still an Igbo town where some igala people came to settle down, they are just bilingual
Respect the real owners of the land

A quarter in my hometown migrated from Ohafia today they are no more Ohafians, they are now from my town, though they know their history but that's all in the past now, they can't come and claim that our town is Ohafia, mbanu

when you add pepper and salt to Egusi soup,it's not Egusi, salt and pepper soup,it's still Egusi soup

got it?
