Ekweremmadu has no executive powers
He is not the one that proscribed IPOB
He is not the cause of security challenges in the East and other parts of the country
He is not the IGP
He is not the Minister for Defence
He is not the CDS
He is not a service chief

Except IPOB expect him to physically enter the bush and start pursuing herdsmen, he practically has no way of stopping them

He kept mute. That's also a crime, though I don't support the attack on him

The real foolishness of the attack is that the attack itself simply serves to vindicate the wrongful proscription of IPOB which Ekweremadu himself was against!!!

Absolutely immature and stupid move by IPOB

The attack is a welcome development. Until we show nigeria's rulers that we will no longer sit and watch them do as they like, we'll never have the nigeria that we the masses want. Attack them all. Ekweremmadu is just the beginning. Nigerian youths in nigeria should wake up.

so you knew the proscription of ipob was wrongful? Well, did it change anything?
Igbo leaders should do their jobs properly here in nigeria or don't travel outside. It is as simple as that.

There is a big limit what a single senator can do. You can only sponsor a bill or a motion but you cant force other senators to pass it

Ekweremadu changed when atiku picked obi without consulting him as the most senior Igbo political officer.

And it’s up to you to decide who can or can’t travel because?

All of a suden, cowards who NEVER condemn the killings and slaughter of Nigerians in cold blood here in Nigeria by fulani terrorist are here condeming mere flocking of Ekweremadu in far away Germany.

The same hypocrites who hail Mexicans for making their Mayor wear female clothes on the streets are here condemning beatings of Ekweremadu.

Bloody hypocrites.

When the German authorities begin picking them one by one what will be their gain. Trump is not loved all over America but what he meets is protests name calling etc but anyone that tries to assault anyone in a civilized country will answer to its authorities.

As a non Igbo person, the attitude of Ekweremadu, Kalu, Okorocha and other Igbo leaders'/politicians' towards the prosicription of Ipob, and other injustices made me feel like the attack (and hopefully more...) is justified. To be clear, I do not support Ipob, but I also understand their grouse, and their right to demand dialogue and protest.
Can you just imagine for a second: In the Nigerian law, Ipob - terrorists, Fulani herdsmen - not terrorists? They are even trying to carve out land for them! Seriously? Talk about finding cure for acne, but ignoring and even pampering the leprosy!
Those leaders/politicians should have been vocal about these issues than they have so far. They clearly show that ultimately, their primary loyalty is to their pocket.

By the way, whenever you want to attack/flog that dumb Kalu guy, let me know in advance. I have a lot of unsused cane at home.
